Video is an integral part in today’s world of communication and the ability to create high quality video fairly inexpensively has put the power of Hollywood into the hands of the masses. Social media has made the ability for world wide communication and exposure available to any household with a computer and internet connection. Add to this the public’s insatiable appetite for online entertainment and you can begin to understand the necessity for acquiring skills in creating digital content and leveraging social media to deliver that content to a wide range of audiences.
The focus of this workshop is guerrilla filmmaking and how to develop and create professional video and audio. Guerilla filmmaking is basically how to use low-cost and available tools to make professional video to distribute across social media and internet platforms.
